Authenticy is GUARANTEED as we never, ever sell a fake!
All Coach merchandise are purchased brand new from US Coach Store or authorised luxury department store. The price tag will be included as proof of authenticity.

Either Original Coach gift receipt will be provided Or Scanned copy of Coach gift receipt will be provided (If item we purchased in bulk in US) upon request when placing order.

It is also advisable to ensure the desired dimensions as different measurements correspond to different style number.

Pre-Order
50% deposit of total purchase is required when placing order. Orders will be made once payment is received.
The remaining balance 50% payoff when buyer receives the purchased item during the meet up and collection.

For those who cannot do meet up at Juru Autocity, Penang. local registered postage (skynet) is available

All deposit or payment has to be made within 48 HOURS after confirmation emails are sent out., there is NO CHANGES and NO CANCELLATIONS to your orders. If you cancel your order, your deposit/payment will be forfeited.

GOODS SOLD ARE NOT REFUNDABLE!

In the event where the item you order is out of stock, FULL amount of deposit will be refunded immediately.

Estimated shipping from US to Singapore/Malaysia will take approximately 3 - 4 weeks (+-), depending on stock availability and arrival of the shipmment.

All Coach bags does come with coach dust bag, other than pouches, swingpack, wallet and accessories unless otherwise specified or sales item.

Coach gift box will be provided for certain wallets and small wristlets, unless clearence items, mini skinny or otherwise specified depening on the spree policy

Coach gift boxes and paper bagwill be available at an additional shipping cost from US depending on the size and weight.
